Booking & Prices

We look forward to your booking! The price for the holiday apartment is 96 euros per night. 

Minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays of less than one week, a one-time short-term stay fee of 40 euros will be applicable. The rental price includes ancillary costs such as electricity, water and heating. The price does not included electricity for electric cars (if using the charging station) as well as tourist tax.

Tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival. A payment of 20% of the rental price is required 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation and is payable upon conclusion of the agreement.

The remaining amount is due 30 days before arrival. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement if the payment deadlines are not met. Non-payment is considered withdrawal and entitles the property to be re-leased.

Payments must be made in advance by bank transfer. We do not accept EC or credit cards.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided.
